How Does Flippa Work?
Flippa allows sellers to list digital assets and online businesses and lets buyers interact through bids or offers.
Listings and offers
Flippa’s published help documentation says sellers can use auction or classified fixed-price listings. Buyers can make bids or offers, and sellers retain control over whether an offer meets their requirements.
When a deal progresses
According to Flippa’s help center, a Deal Completion Area can be created after a qualifying auction result or accepted classified offer. Payment and transfer steps follow from there.
Asset transfer
Flippa states that buyers and sellers transfer the assets and access between each other. That makes a detailed transfer checklist important: domains, code, content, customer data, supplier relationships, platform accounts and documentation may each have different transfer requirements.
